1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any terms, please stop using the Application.
2. Service Description
"Debutus" is a mobile application for learning chess openings using spaced repetition. The Application provides:
- Tools for studying and practicing chess openings
- Progress tracking system
- Ability to add unlimited custom openings
- Authentication feature to save your progress
3. Account Creation
To save your learning progress, you must create an account:
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for the security of your password and account
- One account may only be used by one user
- If you lose access to your account, contact support
4. Usage Rules
When using the Application, you may not:
- Use the Application for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application's systems
- Distribute malware
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Use automated means to access the Application without permission
5. Intellectual Property
All Application materials (design, code, logos, text) are protected by copyright and belong to the developer. A limited license for personal non-commercial use is provided.
User content (added openings) remains the property of the user.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application in case of:
- Violation of this Agreement
- Illegal activities
- Law enforcement requests
You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it from your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted Application operation
- Error-free performance
- Compatibility with all devices
- Achievement of specific learning outcomes
8. Limitation of Liability
The developer is not liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Data loss
- Lost profits
- Third-party actions
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be considered in court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
10. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Notice of changes will be published in the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of new terms.
